Importantly, the scheme allows for independent verification by a third party auditor recognized by the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), an international forum for IT service management professionals. DEKRA is recognized by the itSMF and the Dutch Council for Accreditation as qualified to deliver an accredited service. In addition to certification, we provide a range of support services including pre-certification (comparing your current management system with the requirements in the standard).
